We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that final sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

To maintain the longevity of your wooden items, we recommend hand washing only with mild soap and occasionally treating them with food-grade mineral oil to prevent drying.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse for processing, we are unable to make further changes.
